Responsibilities at the SLE
Research fellow and Lead SLE STUDIES
SLE STUDIES: Lead of SLE graduate programme; lecturer for courses such as ‘Leave No One Behind and poverty-oriented development programs’, ‘Farmer organisations in developing economies’, ‘Rural transformation’; coordination of the annual Development Policy Discussion Days; supervision of SLE study projects; coordinator of the selection process and chair of the pre-selection committee; coordinator of the graduate teaching programme; network and alumni work.
Expert in Rural Development with a regional focus on sub-Saharan Africa and graduate of the 51. Experienced researchers, consultant and lecturer in various institutions.
Research projects, consulting and teaching in the following areas: collective action, cooperatives and farmer organisations, new institutional economics, value chains, inclusion, Leave No On Behind, rural transformation, governance, impact assessment and evaluation of projects in international cooperation. Currently in the final phase of a PhD in agricultural economics.
